This website, pursuewhole.com, is operated by Pursue Whole LLC. Here is exactly what we collect when you visit, why, and what your choices are.
Your email address — only when you give it to us. When you enter your email into one of our signup forms (to download an essay, guide, or presentation, or to join the newsletter), we store that email in our email service so we can deliver what you asked for and send occasional letters from Pursue Whole. Every form says so right beneath it.
Contact messages. If you reach out through our contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you send — and use them only to reply to you.
Basic technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve the site and keep it secure. We also briefly process IP addresses in memory to block spam and abusive traffic; this is transient and not kept.
We set no cookies. We run no analytics or advertising trackers — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing following you around the internet. We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner here: there’s nothing to consent to.
A few trusted services handle data on our behalf, solely to run this site: Kit (kit.com) stores our email list and sends our emails; Formspree (formspree.io) relays contact-form messages to us; and Vercel (vercel.com) hosts the website. Each processes your information only to provide those services.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you’re off the list, no questions asked. You can also contact us any time to unsubscribe, to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted entirely. We’ll honor those requests promptly.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we ever materially change how this site handles data (for example, if we add analytics one day), we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
